Ingredion Incorporated in Guadalajara, Jalisco is seeking a Global Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights across manufacturing and supply chain. You will develop Power BI dashboards, support IPS tools, participate in regional and local IPS meetings, deliver training for IPS users, and partner with IT to drive system changes that convert data into useful information.

Fluency in English is required to lead meetings with international stakeholders and to prepare comprehensive

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, industrial, technologies fields or similar.
• 1–2 years of experience working in Data Analysis for Manufacturing or Supply Chain environment.
• Advanced English proficiency is required to lead meetings, prepare reports, and interact with international stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Azure, SQL, and data architecture.
• Experience using Statistical Tools with R, Python or Minitab is desired.

• Works with the regional plant teams supporting the implementation of the CI/IPS management system tools, like routine dashboards, OEE measurement, integration Metrics for site performance and others routine indicators.

Global Data Analyst you will leverage data and analytics to optimize processes, improve performance, and support global business objectives.

This role report to Global IPS Digital Lead

What You Will Do

• Developing Tiers Power BI Dashboard, for routines management according to IPS standards.
• Works with the regional plant teams supporting the implementation of the CI/IPS management system tools, like routine dashboards, OEE measurement, integration Metrics for site performance and others routine indicators.
• Participate in regional and local IPS meetings to align efforts with global team.
• Deliver / support training for IPS tools users.
• Partner with IT teams to drive system changes and improvements which enhance our ability to convert data into useful information.
• Develop documentation and training for new reports and visualizations according to Global Digital Operations Team standards.

What You Will Bring

• Knowledge in Microsoft Power platform tools such as PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of current and emerging data analysis technologies, trends, and strategic application to business needs.
• Digital projects process improvement solutions.
• Knowledge of digital systems, integrated action tracking, and KPI reporting.
• Advanced English proficiency is required to lead meetings, prepare reports, and interact with international stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Azure, SQL, and data architecture.
• Experience using Statistical Tools with R, Python or Minitab is desired

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, Industrial, Technologies fields or similar.
