Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law or related field.
• Paralegal studies background or certificate acceptable.
• Proven experience reviewing corporate legal documents.
• Experience with LLCs and corporations.
• Strong English communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify corporate, legal, and commercial lending documents.
• Assess ownership records and authorization documents.
• Draft and review promissory notes, loan agreements, guarantees.
• Identify missing or deficient documents and coordinate resolution.
• Research US entity requirements and state-specific docs.
• Maintain records and improve internal review workflows.
