Job summary

Jabil in Mexico is seeking Direct Test Engineers I & II to design, develop and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production.

The role includes recruiting and interviewing Test Engineers, coaching them, and driving performance improvements while ensuring safety and quality. A BS in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and 5–10 years of experience are required for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• BS in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of experience in test engineering or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production.
• Recruit and interview Test Engineers I & II; coach and mentor to deliver excellence to customers.
• Develop training curricula and lead continuous improvement of test processes and metrics.
• Coordinate team efforts, monitor performance against goals and drive cost/value improvements.
