Jabil is seeking Direct Test Engineers I & II to lead testing activities for electronic circuit board production. You will design, develop and maintain test procedures, along with tester hardware and software, ensuring efficiency and quality.

The role emphasizes recruitment, coaching, training curriculum development, and driving improvements in key operational metrics across large teams.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering required.
• Experience range: five to ten years in testing environments.
• Ability to recruit, coach and evaluate engineering staff.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and interview Test Engineers I & II.
• Coach testers through the interviewing process.
• Identify training needs and validate curricula.
• Set measurable goals and conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate large teams and drive key metrics.
• Communicate job-related ideas clearly in a business setting.
