Jabil in Mexico is seeking a senior project engineer to lead the test engineering workcell, directing staff to design and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production. The role includes recruitment, coaching, and developing the team to achieve excellence in delivery and quality.

Formación

• Requires leadership of test engineering staff in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in test procedures, tester hardware and software development.
• Experience recruiting, coaching and developing engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the workcell test engineering staff to high efficiency and excellence.
• Design, develop and maintain test procedures and tester hardware/software for PCB production.
• Develop and implement training and curriculum for the team.
• Establish measurable goals and monitor performance against operational metrics.
• Coordinate activities of large teams and provide guidance during crises.
• Communicate design and development status to customer engineering staff.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve testing processes.
