Jabil is seeking Direct Test Engineers I & II to design, develop and maintain test procedures and tester hardware/software for electronic circuit board production. You will lead and coach Test Engineers, recruit candidates, and monitor performance to achieve timely, high-quality results.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and 5–10 years of experience, working within a structured manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Five to ten years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Direct Test Engineers I & II to achieve high efficiency, integrity and enthusiasm.
• Recruit and mentor staff, define criteria and interview processes.
• Develop and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software.
• Coordinate team performance against operational metrics and project timelines.
