Brown-Forman Guadalajara is seeking an experienced Production Planner to oversee external bulk Spirit production, bottling and canning with contract packers in Mexico. You will manage SAP/MRP-driven planning, order materials, and coordinate with the CRT to ensure Denomination of Origin for Tequila.

Formación

• 5+ years administrative experience in a production facility or 7–9 years equivalent education/experience.
• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills to develop production plans from high information volume.
• Strong communication to provide clear information to management and planning teams.
• Proficiency in SAP or related MRP systems and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Plan external bulk Spirit production, bottling and canning with contract packers in Mexico.
• Create annual bottling budget and assign volumes to copackers to meet plan.
• Set production priorities and create POs for materials and co-packing.
• Maintain records on costs, yields and copacker performance; validate cost submissions.
• Coordinate with CRT for regulatory compliance and DOT; manage new product init initiatives.
• Order tequila, JD bulk, flavours and packing materials; monitor material arrivals and production progress.
• Process SAP/R3 stock movements, deliveries and supplier invoices timely.
