Brown-Forman Australia Pty. Ltd. is seeking a Production Planner for external bulk Spirit production, coordinating with Casa Herradura Distillery and copackers to ensure timely supply to the US and Mexico markets.

You will create annual budgets, set production priorities, and manage BOMs and stock movements in SAP/R3, while ensuring regulatory compliance and DOT for tequila products. The role involves collaboration with Tequila Regulatory Council and cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 5+ years administrative experience in a production facility, including production scheduling.
• Analytical and organizational skills to develop practical short- and long-term production plans from large information.
• Proficiency in SAP or related MRP system, Excel, and Word; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan external bulk Spirit production with contract packers to meet US and Mexico market demands.
• Create the annual Bottling budget for EMO MX with Planning Manager and Supply Planner.
• Volume assignment and production POs to Copackers, ensuring on-time production per plan.
• Process SAP/R3 stock transactions and deliveries; manage material and co-packing purchases.
