AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter for a six-month contract with a hybrid work schedule, including one day per week onsite at the client’s location. You will support hiring managers, manage high-touch recruiting workflows, and ensure quality thresholds and SLAs are met.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish; experience recruiting with stakeholders in both languages.
• Experience recruiting in electrical, power, energy, industrial automation, or engineering sectors.
• Experience recruiting for field-based and industrial environments, including electrical systems, power distribution, automation, and technical field services.
• Ability to understand and assess the technical requirements of electrical/industrial roles.

Responsabilidades

• Build partnerships with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deliver an excellent candidate experience.
• Partner with sourcing and talent intelligence teams to develop effective strategies using market insights.
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists with clear recommendations for hiring decisions.
• Share feedback from candidates and stakeholders and adjust recruitment strategies as needed.
• Demonstrate innovative thinking and ongoing professional development for top talent acquisition.
• Create and post compelling job adverts to strengthen the client brand and attract applicants.
• Develop sourcing strategies using channels like LinkedIn and social media for niche roles.
• Use data to measure sourcing effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.
• Engage candidates across multiple channels and maintain long-term talent pools.
• Gain insight into candidate motivations to inform selection decisions.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates through the process and manage expectations.
• Present candidates accurately to clients and advocate for bias-free selection processes.
• Track progress and outcomes in relevant systems.
