AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter for a six-month hybrid contract, with one onsite day per week at the client location. You will support hiring managers, manage high-touch recruitment, and align with Sourcing and Administration teams to meet SLAs and KPIs.

Formación

• Experience recruiting and partnering with hiring managers and technical stakeholders in English and Spanish.
• Experience recruiting within electrical, power, energy, industrial automation, or engineering sectors.
• Experience recruiting for field-based and industrial environments, understanding technical requirements.
• End-to-end recruitment experience: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and stakeholder consultation.
• Strong relationship management and engagement with multiple levels in organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Build partnerships with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Lead sourcing discussions and influence hiring outcomes with market insights.
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists with clear recommendations for decisions.
• Share feedback and adjust strategies, including roles, locations, or talent pools.
• Demonstrate proactive sourcing and ongoing professional development to hire top talent.
• Create and post accurate job adverts that strengthen the client brand.
• Develop sourcing strategies across channels (LinkedIn, social) and proactive searches.
• Use data to measure sourcing effectiveness and refine strategies.
• Engage candidates professionally across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Inform selection decisions with candidate skills, motivations, and career goals.
• Maintain regular communication and build talent pools.
• Present candidates compellingly to clients and promote diverse, bias-free selection.
• Track progress and data in relevant systems.
