GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Technical Proposal Engineer to act as the technical lead for the Inquiry-to-Order phase, translating client requirements into competitive EPC solutions for substations, renewables, and grid projects. You will architect technically superior bids and drive the technical accuracy across the proposal lifecycle.

Formación

• Requires a BS in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in substation/electrical design, specifications and estimating.
• 2+ years of proven technical proposal writing and management.
• Solid HV/EHV substation design, protection & control, SCADA, and power studies.
• Willing to travel up to 20%, including international travel.

Responsabilidades

• Architect winning solutions for comprehensive, cost-effective bids.
• Own the ITO phase: define scope, BOM, and cost estimates.
• Develop reusable methodologies and templates to improve bid efficiency.
• Collaborate with Proposal Managers, Sourcing, and engineering teams.
• Translate technical capabilities into customer-facing presentations.
• Perform risk studies to ensure design integrity and standards compliance.
