Acxiom, a leader in data-driven solutions, seeks an Expert Technical Project Manager in Mexico City to drive multi-team client delivery initiatives across migrations, modernization and onboarding projects.

You will bridge business and technology, coordinating product, engineering and delivery stakeholders to keep programs on track while managing risks and timelines with executive visibility.

Formación

• Master's or Bachelor's degree; 5+ years experience preferred.
• Proficient English speaking and writing.
• Strong understanding of traditional and agile project management.
• Solid understanding of product management and client delivery activities.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel.
• Ability to coordinate across roles, teams, and time zones.
• Strong risk management and conflict resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

Acxiom is looking for an Expert Technical Project Manager to join our Client Delivery Team. This person will work with a high-energy, fast-paced area of the business to develop and execute plans across multiple aspects of client implementations, modernization efforts, migration initiatives, and solution transformation. The ideal candidate for this role will operate easily in the middle ground between the business and technical aspects of an organization, understanding both yet having the ability to translate effectively across them. This is a high-visibility position in an exciting and rapidly transforming area of the business, including client, partner, and executive stakeholder engagement opportunities.

Location: Lomas Atlas, Mexico City, MX

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work across multiple teams around the globe to achieve business needs, including but not limited to: client migrations, client implementations, modernization initiatives, product onboarding and adoption, and Data and Identity solution delivery.
• Facilitate the development of short- and long-term delivery plans, helping connect execution activities to broader strategic business goals.
• Coordinate across multiple functional teams to ensure deliverables are executed within established timelines and constraints while keeping stakeholders informed of status, risks, and dependencies.
• Serve as a primary point of coordination between clients, partners, delivery teams, product teams, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
• Drive resolution of delivery challenges and remove barriers impacting successful execution, escalating issues as required.
• Promote alignment and collaboration across multiple organizations to ensure successful achievement of shared objectives.
• Provide clear communication and reporting to leadership and executive stakeholders regarding program progress, risks, and strategic priorities.
• Help determine and adhere to best practices established by the project management organization and broader delivery teams.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years of experience preferred
• Proficient English speaking and writing
• Thorough understanding of project management principles (traditional and agile)
• Solid understanding of product management and client delivery activities
• Ability to independently manage multiple complex projects and initiatives in parallel
• Ability to work across different roles, teams, time zones, and communication styles
• Strong risk management and conflict resolution skills
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Adaptive communication skills, both written and verbal, including executive-level communications
