Job summary

Efficio is expanding its Mexico City office and seeks an IT professional to support, improve and maintain regional IT systems. The role involves ensuring availability and security of systems, under the direction of the IT Director, with scope to collaborate across regions.

You will liaise with suppliers, own infrastructure, troubleshoot incidents, and drive technical projects to deliver value for Efficio's clients in North America and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a hands-on technical IT role.
• Experience in service delivery environments is preferred.
• Spanish language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with suppliers to support regional technical supply chain.
• Own key infrastructure including cloud services and network components.
• Respond to and diagnose networking issues and major incidents.
• Lead internal technical projects through full lifecycle.
• Ensure data and network security and access control.

We are recruiting for our new Mexico City Office where you’ll be joining a new team. Consultants based in Mexico City will support clients in North America with opportunity to travel globally. Our consultants provide flexible support to clients whether it is a rapid assessment, short term savings realisation or embedding in a long-term partnership to deliver lasting and measurable value to clients.

Due to theexpansionintoLatin/South America and projected growth in the US,we currently have an opportunity forahighly motivatedITprofessionalwithstrong technical knowledgeand aproven track record ofworking effectively in the region,understanding,andnavigatingthe culturalenvironment, whilst helping to drive and mature our IT infrastructure andITsupport inthe region.

The focus of the role is tosupport, improve and maintain theITsystems and processes that arekeyto the effective operation of Efficio staff in the region and if required, acrossother regions and sites. Following the structure, policies and process set out by the IT Director and management team.

To ensure the availability and security of all systems supporting the wider organisation as required to support Efficio in line with the IT and business strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Liaising with suppliersto support our technical supply chain in the region
• Ownership of key infrastructure (i.e. Airtimeagreements,cloud services,core network)
• Respond to and diagnosenetworking issues with either the office network or employee machines
• Respond to and diagnose major incidentsand any escalated issues
• Lead internal technical projectsthrough its complete lifecycle (inception to delivery)
• Ensure and help maintain security of dataand network access

Job Requirements

• To help deploy and maintain Efficio assets across the network
• Provide local and remote ITsupport to user base – as required, where appropriate
• Maintain/adhere to policies, standards, and procedures – where appropriate suggest/advise changes/amendments
• MaintainAsset Register/Catalogue – ensuring informationiscurrent
• Work in line with agreed standards and processes relevant to the role
• Develop and improve processes relevant to the role
• Ensure work is carried out in line with agreed SLA’s
• To work in accordance with agreed delivery standards and documentation including ISO 27001
• Train users in line with introduction of new solutionsandtechnologies
• On-board new joiners and off-board leavers
