E2 Consulting Engineers, LP is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to bridge client needs and our development teams. You will own the full lifecycle from discovery to testing, release, and post-deployment validation, collaborating across time zones and offshore teams.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, documenting requirements, writing user stories, and coordinating with QA. Travel 25-35% may apply.

Formación

5+ years as BA/Technical BA or Product Analyst in SaaS/enterprise tech.
Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and UAT coordination.
Strong SQL, API, and cloud data structures knowledge.
Proven stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma and Postman.

Responsabilidades

Serve as the primary liaison from discovery through testing and post-deploy validation.
Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements with stakeholders.
Translate needs into user stories, BRDs, process flows and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate with offshore teams, participate in sprint planning and SCRUM ceremonies.
Prepare release notes, run UAT, and ensure on-time delivery.
