Saltu Staffing is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a remote-first position serving Latin America markets. You will own requirements, roadmap, and backlog management for an Agile product team, coordinating with US-based stakeholders, developers, and QA.
This contract-to-hire role allows monthly Mexico City onsite presence; fluent English required, Spanish also, and authorization to work in the region.
Location: Remote (Mexico / Latin America) with monthly onsite presence in Mexico City
Employment Type: Contract-to-hire (6-12 months, then conversion); direct hire considered
Language: Fluent English (written and verbal) required; Spanish
Our client, a global technology company, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to own requirements, roadmap, and backlog management for an Agile product team, as part of a newly forming Latin America delivery organization. You will act as the bridge between US-based business stakeholders, developers, and QA, ensuring that requirements are clear, current, and well understood across teams, and that each release is scoped and delivered with confidence.
This is a remote-first position open to candidates based in Mexico or elsewhere in Latin America. Candidates must be able to work onsite in Mexico City at least once per month, and to attend quarterly in-person team events there. Candidates based in Mexico (Mexico City preferred) are prioritized for roles on the full-time conversion track; candidates elsewhere in Latin America are welcome for contract engagements. Legal authorization to work in the country of residence is required.
The client is building a long-term Latin America engineering and applications presence, and these roles are foundational hires for that team. The preferred structure is contract-to-hire: an initial contract engagement of six to twelve months, followed by conversion to a permanent role for successful contributors. Direct full-time placement and longer-term independent contractor arrangements can be considered case by case. Compensation is competitive and based on seniority and skill set. Funding and headcount are approved, and start dates are immediate for candidates who are ready.
You will work day to day with US-based stakeholders and distributed teams in multiple regions, so fluent professional English and meaningful overlap with US business hours are required.
You are organized, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes. You enjoy turning ambiguity into clear, actionable requirements, and you communicate with equal ease to engineers, testers, and business stakeholders.
