Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Mexico is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for the Guadalajara COE, focusing on software, cloud, data engineers, AI, and other specialized tech roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and navigate cross-border processes to build a local tech hub.

Fluency in Spanish and English, 5+ years of recruiting experience, and a track record of scaling teams in nearshore or COE environments are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles, including hands-on experience in software, cloud, data engineers, AI, or other specialized tech sectors.
• Proven experience recruiting in Mexico, preferably Guadalajara or other major technology hubs.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).

Responsabilités

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process with emphasis on hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy.
• Proactively source candidates through advanced methods, engaging passive talent in Guadalajara and nearby regions.
• Drive interview and hiring decision processes with panelists, hiring managers, and leadership across time zones.
