DSV Road GmbH in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, is seeking an experienced logistics professional to coordinate exports and imports, manage information across systems, and serve as the main contact for status updates and issue resolution with operations and clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, demonstrates advanced English, and has prior experience in a similar role with personnel management responsibilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree (in international trade, business administration, or a related field)
• Advanced conversational English
• Experience in a similar position
• Experience in personnel management

Responsabilidades

• Process and coordinate the client’s exports and imports
• Manage information across various systems and coordinate shipments with customs brokers
• Serve as the point of contact to provide status updates, resolve issues, and handle escalations with operations and/or the client
• Review reports and/or information in advance of customs declaration payments to avoid fines
• Prepare reports for the client and/or operations
• Coordinate the customs clearance assigned to the project
• Manage the generation of documents necessary to complete import and export clearance
• Notify and follow up on findings and discrepancies
• Provide support to the customs compliance team to help meet the department’s objectives
