DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a logistics coordinator to oversee end-to-end order tracking and ensure on-time release, coordinating with IT and operations to meet customer expectations.

The candidate should hold a bachelor’s or engineering degree, possess advanced English, and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to generate daily status reports.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee order tracking at every stage to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
• Send daily reports on data, status, and released orders to management.
• Continuously monitor status of open orders against the production schedule.
• Oversee tracking of order receipt with IT to minimize dispatch issues and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Monitor status reports to track delays and prioritize oldest orders.
• Attend operations meetings to review order status and tracking.
• Review pending items for each shift to verify CTB and release dates, and compile progress.
• Monitor Non-Con team updates and escalate IT issues when needed.
• Update procedures to keep manuals current and drive process improvement.
• Review orders with errors and signal issues for follow-up with IT or other departments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee order tracking at every stage of the process, ensure successful order tracking and urgency status, and establish priorities to facilitate the release of orders as soon as possible in order to meet established deadlines and ensure that operations meet customer expectations.
• Send daily reports on data, status, and released orders to management and the responsible staff.
• Continuously monitor the status of open orders to ensure they are tracked in accordance with the agreed-upon production schedule.
• Oversee the tracking of order receipt (in conjunction with IT) to minimize and prevent issues with order dispatch and signal generation, ensuring that operations comply with the specifications provided by the customer.
• Monitor status reports to track the status of each order, as well as the reasons for processing delays, prioritizing orders that have been pending the longest.
• Attend operations meetings to review issues related to order status and tracking.
• Review the pending items for each shift to verify CTB (Clear to Build), product release planning dates, and signals, and compile them into a single file to track and monitor the progress of each order.
• Monitor the status and follow-up provided by the Non-Con team by receiving the file containing the status of the processed orders.
• Update procedures for the applicable areas whenever there is an update or an authorized improvement proposal to keep manuals and procedures current and ensure continuous process improvement.
• Review orders with errors and signal issues to oversee the follow-up on escalations made to IT or the designated department.
