DSV Road GmbH seeks a Team Lead – Customs to manage the customs processes for international customers within GBS. You will lead a team, ensure accurate documentation, and drive compliance and quality across operations.

The role emphasizes process optimization, KPI/SLA management, and strong stakeholder relationships. English fluency at C1+ is expected, with experience in EU customs and related fields highly valued.

Formación

• Higher education preferred in Logistics, Transport, Customs, Law, Administration, or related fields.
• Strong leadership, communication, delegation, and team-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Customs team, including performance management, training, recruitment, and workload planning.
• Manage customs processes, ensuring compliance with applicable customs and tax regulations and the accuracy of required documentation.
• Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs, ensuring service quality, timeliness, and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to optimize, standardize, and automate customs processes.
• Manage relationships with DSV branches, customers, and other internal/external stakeholders.
• Monitor operational performance, costs, and P&L, providing regular reporting to management.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, internal procedures, audits, and QMS requirements.
• Promote knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and a strong performance and feedback culture within the team.
