The ideal candidate has 5+ years in talent acquisition or HR strategy, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in English for client interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment consulting, or HR strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to client needs.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify top talent and recruitment trends.
• Advise clients on employer branding, candidate experience, and onboarding.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for executive and specialized roles.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client HR teams and hiring managers.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to measure effectiveness of talent strategies and provide actionable insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
