Confidential Careers in Puebla seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the candidate selection process and deliver top shortlists for the site.

You will work closely with site teams to translate job contexts and competencies into interview criteria, manage interviews, and provide rigorous feedback to HR and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition in an industrial environment.
• Experience managing ATS (preferably SuccessFactors).
• Experience managing multisite processes and KPIs like Gender Diversity and Time to Fill.
• Strong listening and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sites to understand job contexts and success profiles.
• Manage interviews (phone and in-person) to assess competencies and fit.
• Provide structured evaluations and feedback to site HR and Hiring managers.
• Present the role and employee value proposition to candidates.
• Coordinate the recruitment process through final selection and ensure transparency.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the selection process to provide best short list of candidates to the site.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with the sites within your scope to understand jobs contexts, challenges and successful profile criteria and translates it into requirements / competencies to be evaluated during the interview.
• Manage selection interviews, phone and face-to-face to evaluate competencies, motivation, cultural fit, and potential of each candidate.
• Provide detailed and structured candidates’ evaluation and meaningful feedback to the site HR and Hiring manager.
• Present the position and the employee value proposition in a meaningful way for each candidate.
• Coordinate the recruitment process till final selection is done and ensures transparency and fluidity of process and information.
• Ensure feedback is provided to selected & non selected candidates.
• Act as a coach for interviewing skills for the site counterparts.
• Follow up recruiting metrics and proposes improvements positively impacting quality of hire and time to fill.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Minimum 8 years’ of experience in a Talent Acquisition in an industrial environment.
• Experience managing an ATS ideally Success Factors
• Experience managing multisite processes and KPIs such as Gender Diversity, Time to Fill
• Listening and customer focus.
