Coherent Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support a global client in the Digital Marketing sphere. You will own end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including Flows, objects, fields, and data operations, while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance stakeholders.

This role emphasizes independence, high ownership, and AI-assisted workflows to streamline support operations. A strong background in SOQL, Apex, and data tooling is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flows, data models, and security configuration (profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules).
• Ability to read and understand SOQL and Apex; troubleshoot Flows, triggers, and batch jobs.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions from requirements gathering to design, configuration, and release.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce Flows, objects, fields, and page layouts; manage bulk data operations.
• Investigate production issues; review AI-assisted tickets and plan development tasks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to clarify requirements and prioritize work.
• Manage user access, licenses, and security; build reports and dashboards.
