Pioneer Custom Electrical Products is seeking an experienced Switchgear Estimator to generate pricing and proposal documents for complex electrical infrastructure projects. You will guide complex estimates, ensure alignment with margins, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to tailor competitive bids.

Responsibilities include pricing from RFQs, reviewing technical specs, and coordinating with vendors to secure accurate pricing.

Formación

• 5+ years estimating experience in switchgear manufacturing.
• Experience with custom electrical products (MV breakers, ATS, substations, skid-mounted systems).
• Strong understanding of electrical drawings, BOMs and construction documents.
• Proven ability to develop competitive, accurate cost estimates.

Responsabilidades

• Lead switchgear cost estimation for large or custom projects.
• Oversee proposal development from RFQs, specs and scopes.
• Coordinate with vendors/subcontractors for pricing on materials/services.
