Eaton is seeking a Small Project Take-Off Specialist to support the district inside sales team with quotation packages, pricing, and ordering. You will learn products, pricing and quoting tools while coordinating with sales engineers and customers.

You will interpret customer plans, assemble BOMs, and ensure quotes align with specifications and timelines across power distribution and related systems.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Engineering from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years sales experience with technical exposure.
• Electrical assemblies knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English (read/write/speak).
• Experience with Eaton software tools like Bidmanager and Vista is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quotation packages for simple to moderate complex projects.
• Ensure on-time response to quotes within the district.
• Support order handoff and project execution.
• Assist sales engineers and customers with technical and commercial queries.
• Maintain quotation/project database and district lead nurturing.
• Interpret customer needs and select appropriate bill of material.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to ensure quote compatibility.
• Provide guidance on price levels and shipment cycles.
