arrivia is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to help build more reliable, resilient production platforms. You will work with engineering, cloud, and infra teams to understand system behavior in production, identify reliability risks, and improve detection and prevention of issues.

You will analyze incidents, enhance observability with metrics, logs, traces, and dashboards, and drive readiness and automation across our platforms, leveraging OpenTelemetry, Azure, Kubernetes, and other

Formación

• 5+ years in SRE or related roles.
• Experience with large-scale distributed production systems.
• Strong observability practices: metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, alerting.
• Experience with incident analysis, RCA, and production troubleshooting.
• Understanding of SLIs, SLOs, availability, latency, and reliability principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot across application, cloud, infrastructure, and data layers.
• Software development or scripting for building operational tools and automation.
• Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze production telemetry to identify anomalies, degradation patterns, and risks.
• Improve observability across critical systems via metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerting.
• Define and refine SLIs, SLOs, availability, latency, and health indicators.
• Analyze incidents and RCAs to extract recurring patterns for preventive improvements.
• Enhance detection, diagnosis, and recovery through automation and better signals.
• Build tools to reduce manual investigation and speed up troubleshooting.
• Partner with engineering to improve production readiness, resilience, and platform reliability.
• Use historical production data to anticipate issues and prevent outages.
