arrivia is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to help build reliable production platforms. You will work with engineering, cloud, and infrastructure teams to understand production behavior, identify reliability risks, and improve detection, diagnosis, and prevention of issues.

You will apply observability, automation, and production data to uncover patterns, anticipate failures, and drive proactive improvements across our systems. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE/DevOps or similar technical role.
• Experience with large-scale distributed production systems.
• Strong knowledge of observability, metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerting.
• Experience with incident analysis and RCAs.
• Understanding of SLIs, SLOs, availability, latency and reliability.
• Ability to troubleshoot across application, cloud, infrastructure and data layers.
• Proficiency in software development or scripting for automation.
• Strong communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Analyze production telemetry to identify anomalies and reliability risks.
• Improve observability with metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerts.
• Define and enhance SLIs, SLOs and health indicators.
• Analyze incidents and RCAs to prevent recurrence.
• Improve detection, diagnosis, and recovery through automation.
• Build tools that reduce manual investigation and accelerate troubleshooting.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve production readiness.
• Use production data to anticipate issues before customers are impacted.
