arrivia is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen production platforms. You will collaborate with engineering, cloud, and infra teams to understand system behavior, identify reliability risks, and improve detection, diagnosis, and prevention of issues.

The role emphasizes observability, automation, and data-driven reliability improvements to anticipate failures before customers are impacted.

Formación

5+ years in SRE/DevOps or related role.
Experience with large-scale distributed production systems.
Strong observability knowledge: metrics, logs, traces, dashboards and alerts.
Experience with incident analysis and RCAs.
Ability to troubleshoot across app, cloud, infra, and data layers.
Scripting or software development for automation.

Responsabilidades

Analyze production telemetry to identify anomalies and reliability risks.
Improve observability across critical systems with metrics, logs and dashboards.
Define and enhance SLIs, SLOs, availability, latency and error rates.
Analyze incidents and RCAs to drive preventive improvements.
Improve detection, diagnosis, and recovery via automation and signals.
Build tools that reduce manual investigation and speed troubleshooting.
Partner with engineers to improve production readiness and resilience.
Use historical production data to anticipate issues and prevent recurrences.
