Job summary

Randstad México seeks a Senior Sourcing Specialist to lead end-to-end PO management, vendor onboarding, and logistics resolution in a fast-paced retail environment. This hands-on role requires 3–5 years in Sourcing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Tracking and fluent English for global reporting.

You will leverage Excel and PO systems while coordinating closely with global Buying Offices and local vendors in a hybrid Mexico City office setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Sourcing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Tracking.
• Retail, Apparel, or FMCG sector experience preferred.
• Fluent English for global reporting.
• Strong data entry and operational follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End PO Management: Directly execute and track 20–30 POs weekly with data integrity.
• Vendor Compliance: Oversee vendor onboarding, enforcing quality, labeling, and ticketing rules.
• Logistics Tracking: Coordinate with freight forwarders and distribution centers to resolve bottlenecks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the main link between global Buying Offices and local vendors.
