Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and procurement activities, including RFx events, contract administration, and supplier onboarding.
• Support supplier selection, negotiations, vendor management, and spend benchmarking.
• Coach requesters on creating clean PRs and navigate procurement processes.
• Identify process improvements, perform RCA on defects, and update SOPs and dashboards for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with laws, SOX controls, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Perform ad-hoc sourcing, reporting, and operational projects as needed.
