Empresa Confidencial is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Specialist for an international industrial company. The role centers on procurement while supporting standard logistics for local, regional and global projects.

You will source equipment, materials and services, manage RFQs, analyze quotations, and coordinate shipments with international teams. SAP experience is a plus, and strong negotiation skills help optimize terms and delivery timelines.

• Experience in Procurement, Logistics or Supply Chain within an industrial environment.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
• Knowledge of international logistics and import/export processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• SAP or similar ERP experience is a plus.

I’m currently looking for a Procurement & Logistics Specialist to join an international company within the industrial sector.

The position has a strong focus on Procurement, while also supporting standard Logistics activities for local, regional and global projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Sourcing and purchasing of equipment, materials and services
• RFQs, quotation analysis and supplier selection
• Negotiation of prices, delivery and payment terms
• Purchase order management and supplier follow-up
• Coordination of shipments and international transportation
• Import/export documentation and Incoterms
• Collaboration with international Procurement and Logistics teams
