Job summary

Darktrace, a global leader in AI-driven cybersecurity, seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer in Mexico City. You will partner with Account Executives and Customer Success to drive growth, lead technical engagements, and translate complex requirements into compelling solutions.

You will own technical discovery, deliver tailored demos, design secure, scalable architectures, and collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery to ensure value realization and customer success.

Qualifications

• Strong networking, cloud, AI and cybersecurity knowledge.
• Experience in solutions engineering, pre‑sales, or customer‑facing roles.
• Ability to design solutions, run demos or evaluations, and translate technical concepts into business value.
• Familiarity with hybrid environments and security ecosystems (SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the technical aspects of new business opportunities from discovery to deal close.
• Conduct structured discovery to map requirements to capabilities and business value.
• Design scalable, secure solutions aligned to customer environments.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, demos, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and delivery teams for smooth handover and adoption.
• Engage with technical and business stakeholders and handle objections in high‑pressure settings.
• Apply commercial insight to qualify opportunities and prioritize high‑impact engagements.
• Stay aware of vendor landscape and differentiate solutions.
• Partner with Account Executives to progress pipeline across cross‑functional teams.
• Solve challenges and meet deadlines in fast‑paced environments.
