Job summary

Darktrace seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer in Mexico City to partner with Account Executives and Customer Success in driving growth. You will lead technical engagements, tailor demonstrations, and translate complex AI cybersecurity concepts into business value for customers.

You will own the technical path from discovery through close, align solutions with strategic outcomes, and collaborate with Sales, Product and Delivery teams to maximize value and adoption.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in networking, cloud, AI and cybersecurity principles.
Experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles (SaaS or cybersecurity preferred).
Ability to design solutions, run demos/evaluations, and translate technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

Own and lead technical aspects of opportunities from discovery to deal close.
Conduct structured discovery to map customer requirements to Darktrace capabilities.
Design scalable, secure solutions aligned to customer environments; articulate trade-offs.
