Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact for accounts and managers in your territory.
• Understand customer goals and show how Elastic offerings meet their needs.
• Build value-based relationships across customer organizations.
• Lead planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrate Elastic products and solutions in sales meetings and events.
• Advise sales on effective positioning of Elastic products and services.
• Onboard and enable partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
• Create collateral and collaborate with colleagues to meet client needs.
• Represent the voice of the customer to engineering and leadership teams.
• Invest in ongoing sales and technical skills through self-driven learning.
