Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant for the Global Delivery Centre in Mexico City. You will support Solution Delivery for Customer Success, crafting detailed requirements and guiding multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.

You’ll educate customers on product capabilities and drive business transformation through agile delivery. You will build strong client relationships, create prototypes and user stories, and collaborate with product and design teams to deliver value while

Qualifications

3+ years as a business/functional analyst or product owner in enterprise software.
Salesforce Platform experience.
Translate business strategies into effective process designs.
Excellent design skills and ability to document requirements clearly.
Advanced English proficiency.
Expertise in process modeling tools and standard methodologies.

Responsibilities

Work with customers and stakeholders to investigate business processes at a detailed level.
Participate in business process redesign and roadmap planning for multi-cloud implementations.
Build strong client relationships and collaborate with internal/external teams.
Create prototypes, mockups and to elicit and define business requirements.
Craft and own user stories and document requirements for agile sprints.
Collaborate with product/design to identify improvements and automation opportunities.
Use OmniStudio tools to construct omni-channel interactions and flows.
Attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to remove blockers.
Support UAT and release activities including test planning and execution.
