EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to shape end-to-end architecture for a unified LATAM and Europe digital ecosystem. You will define solution vision for loyalty platforms, mobile commerce, digital payments, and cloud-native integrations.

Collaborate with enterprise architects and global stakeholders to drive governance, roadmaps, and phased migrations, ensuring security, scalability, and business value.

Formación

• 5+ years in Enterprise Solution Architecture.
• Deep AWS cloud-native microservices expertise.
• Experience with Loyalty Management Systems & Payment Gateways.
• Data platforms with Databricks.
• Security/compliance knowledge incl. OAuth & PCI-DSS.
• Ability to write SAD, high-level designs, and API contracts.
• Strong leadership of multi-geo, cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define target-state architecture that standardizes international markets while integrating with legacy systems.
• Assess technologies, vendor products, and cloud services to select and design the best-fit tech stack for loyalty, payments, and commerce modules.
• Produce Solution Architecture Documents (SAD), high-level designs, API contracts, and non-functional requirements spanning security, scalability, and performance.
• Create technical implementation roadmaps, milestone plans, and phased migration strategies that minimize business disruption.
• Collaborate with product management, delivery leads, and client stakeholders to align architectural choices with business goals and budget constraints.
• Set engineering governance, code review standards, and architectural guardrails across development squads.
• Drive end-to-end technical implementation plans to ensure full delivery of project business value.
• Mentor multi-geo, cross-functional engineering, architecture, and DevOps squads.
