Osmind is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Product Engineering team in a role focused on building scalable software for psychiatric care. You will influence architecture, own complex product challenges end-to-end, and collaborate with Product and Clinical teams to translate clinical workflows into robust solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of full-stack experience, proficiency with TypeScript/Node.js/React, Postgres and AWS, and a passion for improving mental healthcare.

Formación

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience shipping production features.
• Experience owning technical initiatives end-to-end.
• Experience contributing to 0-1 builds.
• Proficient with AI coding tools as part of daily development.
• Clear communicator across engineering and product stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to and influence architecture decisions across our stack.
• Own complex product challenges end-to-end from design to shipping.
• Support and grow other engineers through code reviews and pairing.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Clinical teams to translate workflows into scalable solutions.
• Identify and drive improvements to technical debt, reliability, and developer experience.
