Elsevier Health seeks a Senior Software Engineer II to design, develop, and maintain scalable healthcare software across cloud-native architectures. You will mentor engineers and promote best practices while building distributed systems.

You will collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, using modern development methodologies and AI-assisted tools to drive innovation.

Formación

• 7+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, React).
• Deep experience with microservices architectures.
• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services (ECS/Fargate, EKS, S3, Lambda, RDS).
• Experience with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong observability and performance optimization knowledge.

Responsabilidades
