Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a hands-on Sr. Software Engineer to drive end-to-end solution delivery for major retail platforms.

You will own hands-on implementation, technical design, code reviews, and operational ownership across the full software lifecycle. You will lead Dual-Track Agile Discovery and Delivery, prototype rapidly, and apply AI/agentic workflows to accelerate delivery while preserving quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional software development with daily hands-on coding and prototyping.
• Experience with cloud-native, microservices or event-driven systems; Azure or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end solution delivery across Discovery and Delivery Tracks; build validated prototypes and ship implementations.
• Lead client engagements as the primary technical lead; facilitate workshops and drive trade-offs.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices across teams.
• Apply AI/agentic workflows to accelerate the software lifecycle while ensuring quality and security.
