Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a hands-on Lead Software Engineer to drive end-to-end solution delivery for major retail platforms. You will own hands-on implementation, engagement leadership, and operational ownership across the software lifecycle in a fast-paced, cloud-native environment.

The ideal candidate codes daily, mentors teams, and leverages AI/agentic workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of professional software development experience with daily hands-on coding.
5+ years building cloud-native or microservices systems in Azure or similar.
Strong proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, TypeScript, and React/Vue.

Responsabilidades

Own end-to-end solution delivery across Discovery and Delivery Tracks, building validated prototypes and shipping implementations.
Lead the Discovery Track with prototypes to validate feasibility and align stakeholders.
Ensure design intent, code quality, and non-functional requirements are preserved during delivery.
Mentor engineers through pair programming and code reviews to raise engineering standards.
Serve as the primary technical lead in client engagements, facilitating workshops and presenting solutions.
