Bluelight Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software development initiatives across multiple teams. You will coordinate timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality applications.

The role emphasizes client coordination, adherence to best practices, and the ability to operate across distributed teams with overlapping US business hours. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management and ability translating technical concepts for non-technical clients.
