Bluelight seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead software development initiatives in a fast-paced consultancy. You will oversee multiple concurrent projects, align client expectations, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, strong Agile background, and exceptional stakeholder communication; willingness to work across US business hours and coordinate with nearshore teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with risk and buffer management.
• Experience managing client dependency registers with dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing reporting.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, or similar project-tracking tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability translating technical concepts for non-technical clients.
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
• Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree required.
