DiDi Global is seeking a Senior Social Media Analyst to join the Regional Social Media Team for Spanish Speaking Latam. You will turn strategic frameworks into daily platform tactics, manage medium-sized projects, and diagnose campaign effectiveness through data.

You will collaborate with Rides, Food, and MasterBrand teams, track performance across SSL markets, and ensure brand consistency across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Formación

• 5+ years in social media management, digital strategy, or campaign execution within tech brands or digital agencies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, document best practices, and optimize workflows.
• Experience with enterprise social analytics tools and translating metrics into insights.
• Clear written and spoken English and Spanish, with stakeholder communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end campaign delivery from brief to live deployment and reporting, aligning with regional goals.
• Document campaign best practices and create repeatable execution guides for regional rollouts.
• Coordinate with external agencies and review assets against brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
• Analyze live metrics, test hypotheses, and optimize formats, timing, and influencer selection.
