DiDi is seeking a Senior Social Media Analyst to join the Regional Social Media Team. You will drive social-first strategies for Spanish Speaking LatAm, turning data into actionable tactics, and independently managing mid-sized projects.

You will collaborate with Rides, Food, and MasterBrand teams and oversee agency partnerships to ensure brand consistency across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You will analyze live campaigns, test hypotheses, and optimize formats, timing, and influencer

Formación

• 5+ years in social media management, digital strategy, or campaign execution within tech brands or top agencies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and document best practices.
• Experience with enterprise social analytics tools and paid boosting tactics.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Campaign Delivery: drive the full campaign delivery cycle with brief breakdown and asset review.
• Document campaign best practices and create execution guides for regional rollouts.
• Coordinate with external agencies (influencer and creative) and review proposals against brand guidelines.
• Negotiate agency quotes to optimize ROI and budget allocation.
• Monitor live metrics and diagnose campaign effectiveness across SSL markets.
• Tie results to brand health KPIs and business unit goals.
• Lead routine cross-functional meetings and share weekly trend insights.
