Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Sr AI ML Engineer (Remote) to join our Guadalajara team in Jalisco, MX. You will develop scalable ML solutions, from recommender systems to customer segmentation, working with data scientists and engineers to turn business requirements into production-ready code.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of ML or data engineering experience, strong Python/SQL skills, and familiarity with PySpark, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of professional ML or data engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; PySpark or similar big-data tools a plus.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms and ML tools like AWS SageMaker or Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ML models such as recommendation engines, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, production‑level code in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows with Spark, Airflow, or similar tools.
• Participate in model validation, testing, and deployment processes.
• Communicate findings and model insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Work in an agile environment with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver data‑driven products.
