Job summary

Nielsen is looking for a Senior Manager, SEO to lead the organic growth engine for Nielsen.com. Reporting to the Director of Website Strategy, you will bridge technical SEO and creative storytelling, architecting search ecosystems that satisfy traditional algorithms and generative AI models while driving measurable pipeline growth.

You will own the SEO roadmap, partner with Content teams, oversee technical architecture across CMS platforms, manage enterprise tools like BrightEdge and SEMrush,

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing.
• Experience in SaaS, data, or tech industries; matrixed/agency background desirable.
• Proficiency with AI tools in SEO workflows (prompt engineering, AI-driven insights).
• Strong analytical skills and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the SEO roadmap for Nielsen.com and align with Creative and Content teams.
• Lead technical SEO across CMS platforms (WordPress VIP, Webflow) and define site-architecture needs.
• Manage enterprise tools: BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, SEMrush as primary admin.
• Collaborate with Paid Media and Social/Email to align SEO strategy globally.
• Conduct content audits, gap analyses, and train teams on tagging and keyword strategy for AI era.
