Fulcrum Digital is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the BizOps team on a global payments technology engagement. The role focuses on supporting AI Data and UX initiatives and driving DevOps best practices across the lifecycle of services.

The candidate will work with tools like Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, and Chef, and will collaborate with teams across time zones to ensure reliable, scalable operations.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, and Chef.
• Systematic problem-solving approach and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Engage in and improve the full lifecycle of services—from design through deployment and operation.
• Support services before go-live through design consulting, capacity planning, and launch reviews.
• Maintain live services by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and health.
• Support the application CI/CD pipeline for promoting software into higher environments through validation and operational gating, and lead DevOps automation and best practices.
• Collaborate with a global team across multiple tech hubs and time zones.

This role supports the AI Data and User Experienceprogram, which is establishing a Unified AI, Data & UX Organization toenable faster delivery, differentiated AI products, and scalable innovationacross the enterprise.

BusinessOperations leads the client's DevOps transformation through tooling and byadvocating for change and standards across the development, quality, release, and product organizations. Unix, shell scripting, SQL, Python, Apache NiFi, Splunk, Dynatrace,Jenkins, Git, XL Release (XLR), and AI/agentic workflows.

• Engage in and improve the fulllifecycle of services — from inception and design through deployment,operation, and refinement.
• Support services before they golive through system design consulting, capacity planning, and launch reviews.
