You will own planning, reporting, and post-buy analysis while developing scalable processes and partner relationships. The role requires 4+ years in digital/search media, strong Excel skills, and Google/Microsoft certification.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising or business.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in digital/search media, agency preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to build media plans with budget allocations.
• Advanced knowledge of search within media plans and ROI/ROAS concepts.
• Certificates in Google and Microsoft platforms are required.

Aufgaben

• Supervise a remote multi-location team and client portfolio with accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop search strategies and quantitative recommendations to meet client goals.
• Create presentations, reporting, and plan documentation for client reviews.
• Oversee campaign targeting, measurement, and strategy implementation across search channels.
• Identify KPIs, measurement processes, and optimization strategies.
• Ensure flawless tactical execution and insights for assigned clients.
• Scale processes across the Rise search practice for efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and technology partners.
• Vet and test new technologies to drive client performance.
• Manage onboarding, training, and performance of direct reports.
