Tinuiti is seeking a Paid Search Senior Specialist to plan, build, and optimize Paid Search and Shopping programs that drive client growth. You will translate performance data into clear actions, apply Bliss Point insights, and collaborate with Analytics, Creative, Product, and Client Leadership.

Mentorship and playbook creation are expected. The role requires 4–5 years of end-to-end Paid Search/Shopping ownership, with monthly budgets of $75K+ and fluency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of hands-on Paid Search/Shopping management with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience with pacing, launches, and optimization for large monthly budgets (≥$75K).
• Fluency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center, and related tools; familiarity with SA360 or Skai.

Responsabilités

• Plan, build, and optimize Paid Search and Shopping programs.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for clients and internal partners.
• Collaborate across Analytics, Creative, Product/Bliss Point, and Client Leadership.
• Mentor junior teammates and help document playbooks and best practices.
