Job summary

Rise, a Quad agency, is seeking a Manager, Search to lead a high-performing team and oversee enterprise client accounts. You will shape search strategy, oversee execution, and ensure timely reporting and optimization.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in digital/search media, a bachelor’s degree, strong Excel and Office skills, and Google/Microsoft platform certifications. The role requires collaboration across Rise locations and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant digital/search media experience; agency background preferred.
• Expertise in building media plans and budgeting yearly/monthly horizons.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams.
• Strong relationships with publishers and technology partners.
• Deep understanding of search within media plans and ROI metrics.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, manage and grow assigned client portfolio; coordinate with Account Management, Media Strategy and search leadership on long-term strategic roadmap.
• Develop search strategies using data-driven insights to achieve client goals.
• Create client-ready presentations, regular reporting, and other search campaign documents.
• Develop targeting and measurement strategies across all search channels; ensure execution aligns with goals.
• Define KPIs, measurement processes, and optimization strategies for campaigns.
• Own performance accuracy for campaign execution, optimization and insights.
• Scale processes across greater search practice and improve efficiency.
• Keep Rise stakeholders up to date on industry trends and tech partners.
• Research, vet and test technology partners to boost client performance.
• Manage a team of direct reports across Rise locations; focus on development and retention.
• Oversee workflow and project progress; troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve tools and workflows.
• Monitor search media trends and recommend investments and implementation.
• Represent Rise to vendors and participate in partner meetings.
