Sealed Air in Mexico is seeking a Senior LMS Administrator to own the SAP SuccessFactors Learning platform for about 16,000 employees globally, ensuring reliability, compliance, and data-driven improvements with AI capabilities. You will manage configuration, releases, integrations, reporting, and governance across manufacturing, professional, and corporate populations.

Formación

• Advanced hands-on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning, including configuration and release management.
• Advanced proficiency with SuccessFactors Report Studio and Ad Hoc Reporting.
• Ability to connect SuccessFactors data with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of SCORM, AICC, and xAPI learning standards and content structures.
• Experience with HRIS-to-LMS integrations, including Employee Central and SSO.
• Proven LMS data governance, taxonomy, and data hygiene capabilities.
• Experience applying AI capabilities for learning recommendations and search.

Responsabilidades

• Own SAP SuccessFactors Learning configuration, domains, roles, permissions, and settings.
• Coordinate quarterly releases and platform upgrades with HR Technology and HRIS teams.
• Administer the global learning catalog, curricula, and completion rules.
• Own LMS reporting and analytics, building compliance and utilization reports.
• Ensure training records support regulatory/audit requirements across environments.
• Serve as Tier 2 escalation for LMS issues and manage support documentation.
• Configure AI-powered capabilities to improve reporting, tagging, and data quality.
• Drive global LMS governance and best practices with cross-functional partners.
